# Token Disclaimer

High-Risk Digital Asset: The $YAI token is a digital asset and involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of the value of your tokens. $YAI, like any other crypto asset, may be highly volatile, unpredictable, and illiquid, and you may be unable to buy, sell, or exit a position at your desired time or price.

Decentralized Token: $YAI is de facto fully decentralized. It is not owned, operated, administered, or controlled by any founders, developers, contributors, marketers, or any other group (collectively, the “Initial Contributors”).&#x20;

There is no team, no ongoing managerial efforts, and no party has any special access, governance control, or discretionary authority over $YAI or any secondary-market activity.

Utility Only: $YAI was intended to be a utility token for use within the Ÿ Project ecosystem (where available). It does not represent equity, ownership, debt, or any other security or investment product, and it does not entitle holders to profits, dividends, revenue share, or distributions of any kind.

No promise of returns or future value was made, and nothing from Ÿ Project was intended to encourage token price manipulation or speculation.

Token Mechanics and Liquidity Notes: $YAI currently has no fee and no tax at the smart contract level. Any statement that liquidity is locked is provided for informational purposes only and does not guarantee liquidity, tradability, price stability, or the ability to buy or sell $YAI at any time.

No Warranties: $YAI and any Ÿ Project-related materials are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, including (without limitation) warranties of security, functionality, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that $YAI will retain any value.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Initial Contributors disclaim all liability for any losses, damages, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to acquiring, holding, using, or trading $YAI, including losses caused by smart contract vulnerabilities, exploits, hacks, forks, network congestion, delistings, market manipulation, regulatory changes, or third-party actions.

By interacting with $YAI, you acknowledge these risks and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive and release any claims you may have against the Initial Contributors in connection with $YAI and the Ÿ Project.\
